When did this marvelous website begin?
The history of this ultra fab, Gay / Queer You Tube website dates back to that fateful day of July 4, 2006.
Qlipp.com (pronounced as either “Cue”lipp or “Klipp” --- your choice!) saw its very first post. It was not after two months later, though, on September 2, 2006, that that the very first official Gay / Queer You Tube video was posted at Qlipp.com.
From that very special day, gay-friendly website Qlipp.com has grown leaps and bounds!
Now if you ask us what our main goal is (apart from being the number 1 Gay / Queer You Tube website, that is), it’s basically to provide that platform for all gays, lesbians, bisexuals, transgenders (LGBT community members) as well as supporters and advocates of gender equality and gay rights to submit, view, vote for and enjoy the most fabulous of videos.
How this ultra fab Gay / Queer Qlipp website works:
All videos in Qlipp.com are either posted by editors and by users. The videos, when submitted, are categorized accordingly. A text area is also provided for optional comments. You can also help beautify the website further by suggesting a category.
Viewers can also get to “vote” if they think the video is interesting enough by pressing that large and conspicuous purplish pink (but of course!) letter “Q” right beside each entry. Viewers are also more than welcome to leave comments.
