Desire Street is the latest film co-directed by Roberto F. Canuto and Xu Xiaoxi. It is a Thesis graduation film part of the NYFA program at Universal Studios (Hollywood). Produced by Andrew Ahn, it was shoot in 2009 and it is in the post-production process.
Desire Street tells three stories of a family (mother, daughter and son) and how they try to survive through their loneliness and obsessions by going through different sexual experiences and relationships with their new neighbor, a prostitute.

When young Erik falls for the handsome gardener on his family’s sprawling estate, he unleashes the fury of his overprotective aristocrat mother and that of a dark spirit that haunts the manor. Can Erik escape the mysterious demon lady and find true love?
