How do I troubleshoot Bluetooth connection problem with Android devices?

If the device is on Android 6 and above, you need to enable Location Permission. To do so,
Go to Settings -> Applications -> Qlipp Tennis -> Permissions -> Location Permission set to YES.

Make sure that your location service is also switched on. This is because we are using Bluetooth Low Energy(BLE) to connect to the sensor and Coarse Location Permission is required. However, please be assured that location information is not accessed by our app.

    1. Hi Dominic,

We are sorry to hear your experience. Can we know what phone model you are using? Do you have a chance to try it with another device?

      Thank you for your support.

  1. I change another phone and things goes well until today. The constant disconnection comes again. Do u thk it may have to do with other apps who use blue tooth also. Frustrated. My phone is htc a9
